• Contact Information: Please share your email address, mailing address and phone number.
• Required Information: Include your payment details, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days.

• Administrative Fees: Any administrative fees associated with processing donation may be non-refundable.

• CDKL5 South Asia reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.

CDKL5 South Asia currently does not offer any physical products for shipping and delivery. Our focus is on providing information, support, and resources to individuals and families affected by CDKL5 deficiency disorder. Any events, donations, or memberships are handled electronically. Should we introduce any physical products or materials in the future, we will update our policy accordingly.
